We wish to support the development of asset formation, lifestyle infrastructure, business infrastructure, and communities for all stakeholders and to realize a secure and prosperous future by investing in quality real estate that contributes to society and increasing its value.

It is our goal to support such future as an “Ishizue.”

As a real estate asset management professional, we aim to be a company that constantly earns the trust of everyone.

(Note) “Ishizue” means an element that forms the foundation of things.

Process for Creating Our Vision

As a member of Daiwa House Group, “Our Hopes for the Future (Purpose)” is “Our Future Landscape - Celebrating the Joys of Life.” For that goal, we created this vision through rounds of dialogues attended by all officers and employees where each participant personally considered what the Company can do, what kind of society and world we want to create, and what value we want to provide.

  • 02 Think about our human capital initiatives and our vision
  • 03 Summarize our corporate identity and strengths through group work
  • 04 Discuss proposed visions and statements among members of the Vision Creation Project
  • 05 Obtain opinions through a questionnaire to all officers and employees
  • 06 Decide by an internal vote and obtain approval from the Board of Directors

Future Initiatives

  • Create a system and structure to spread our vision throughout the company proactively, not passively
